Hint - User Maps:
Using the
File:Save .BMP
option in a Map Window, make a bitmap file (it is best to have the map
window maximized before doing the save, to get the highest resolution). Or
substitute your own bitmap. Using Paintbrush, or another graphics program,
draw country boundaries, or mark special landmarks (rivers, etc.). Save the
file
as
USERMAP.BMP,
in the WinOrbit startup directory. Restart Winorbit, and the new
map will be used as the background. This is particularly useful if you want to
see how the landmarks look from the satellite (
Globe Window).
