Dr.Dish:
Some journalists use via Intelsat 24.5 degr. west digital c-band terminals
(4.166/4.188). Here we receive the signal with a 240cm-dish and modified
digital receiver.
A much better way is to interfere with audio-telecom out of the R.o.C. via
INMARSAT (AOR-East). Internal telecom is done quite a lot by A-terminals, so
no problem to listen to them (1.530 - 1.544 GHz).
