Q: No signs for months on COSMOS 2054 at 16° of MIR-video. Any idea how the
russians getting video from MIR? Are they using the TDRSS?

Just got the unconfirmed word from Moscow, that ALTAIR on 76.8° east in
used. We will do some tests over the weekend. Rotterdam is just out of
sight, Sorry for you. If we get some results, I will report it here. People,
living east from 5° east should give 10.830 GHz a try.
