MCA To Take RTL-7 Stake
  HOLLYWOOD, California, USA, 96/12/06 (TS) -- MCA Inc. has agreed to take
a 50 percent stake in RTL-7. The new channel launched its service to Poland
on Saturday. The remainder of the channel will be held by Luxembourg's CLT.

  As part of the deal, MCA is providing a range of programming, both
first-run and library, that will run during "Universal Studios" programming
blocks on the channel.
