---------- FRENCH CHANGES
A few minor changes. Cine Cinefil and Cine Cinemas on Telecom 2C are
once again encrypted in eurocrypt m, so a viewing/pirate card is
required. Also, the Canal Satellite Numerique promotional on Telecom 2B,
12,585 H, has now been replaced by a France Telecom test card like on 2A
and 2D, in clear SECAM. On Telecom 2D, SERTE PARIS test cards have often
been seen on certain frequencies, containing various French feeds. Many
feeds have also recently been spotted on Telecom 2C transponder 1, 3 and
8.
